The RN will provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care plans. They will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with healthcare standards.
Candidates must have an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington State and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. A minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience is preferred, although new graduates may be considered for some roles.
We are seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our healthcare team in Olympia and Seattle, Washington. Opportunities are available in Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg), Long-Term Care (LTC), and Per Diem roles. The RN will provide high-quality patient care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care plans Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately Monitor patient conditions and report changes to physicians and care teams Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and post-care instructions Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals Ensure adherence to infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines Supervise and support Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and nursing assistants
Work Schedule Full-time, part-time, and per diem shifts available Day, evening, night, and weekend shifts depending on role

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington State Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred) Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred for Med-Surg roles) Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience (preferred; new grads may be considered for some roles)
