Assists the Registered Nurse in providing patient care based on the individualized plan of care. Performs basic nursing activities, conducts data collection, monitors patient status, and ensures confidentiality of patient information.
Completion of a nursing assistant or patient care tech program is required. No prior experience is necessary, but current or former South Carolina CNA certification can substitute for training verification.
