The Direct Support Professional will support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in developing life and vocational skills, assisting with daily routines and community outings. They must also ensure the safety and well-being of individuals served and accurately document services and progress.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and preferably have experience working with individuals with disabilities. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, strong communication, and teamwork skills are mandatory, along with passing background and reference checks.
