The Clinical Co-Responder will provide crisis response in collaboration with the Perth Amboy Police Department, addressing mental health concerns in the community. Responsibilities include responding to calls, ongoing collaboration with police, and developing follow-up systems for community members in need of services.
A Master's Degree and a license in Social Work or Counseling are required, with LPC/LCSW preferred. Candidates must have a valid NJ driver's license, knowledge of Middlesex County resources, and the ability to collaborate effectively with police officers.

Co-Response delivers crisis response in collaboration with local police departments, ensuring that individuals in a mental health related crisis feel safe and get the support they need in order to stabilize.
MHA is seeking a Clinical Co-Responder to join our Perth Amboy Co-Response Team to support Perth Amboy’s Police Department!
Clinical Supervision may be provided!
Shift time available is Monday - Friday, 3PM - 11PM.
Provides co-responding efforts to identified mental health and crisis response incidents in the community, in collaboration with the township of Perth Amboy.
