The Counselor I provides treatment and support to assist clients in their recovery from addictions and conducts group and family sessions. They are responsible for initial assessments, treatment planning, documentation, and crisis intervention.
A bachelor's degree in a social or health services field is required, along with relevant counseling experience and certification. CPR and de-escalation certification are also required, with training available upon hire.
