• Surgery Scheduler Part-time/Days at Corona Regional Medical Center located in Corona, Ca Reporting to the Assistant Director, or designee, the Unit Secretary will meet the needs of the internal and external customers of Surgical Services and CRMC.
• The Unit Secretary is responsible for the point of entry contact and is able to demonstrate critical thinking skills in communication and collaboration with other team members to assure transparency of patient care in an efficient, safe manner.
• The tradition of caring that culminated in the establishment of Corona Regional Medical Center® began in 1965, with the founding of Corona Community Hospital.
• Since that time the hospital has changed to meet the needs of the rapidly growing community.
• Corona Community Hospital merged with Circle City Medical Center in 1992 and the resulting entity became Corona Regional Medical Center.

Qualifications

• ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS Medical terminology preferred.
• MINIMUM ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE Computer experience, WordPerfect and Microsoft windows preferred.
• Previous O.R. secretarial experience or unit secretary exp. preferred.
