The Outpatient Behavioral Health Advanced Practice Provider is responsible for delivering comprehensive mental health care, including diagnosing and treating psychological conditions. This role involves conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans in a collaborative multi-disciplinary team environment.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program and hold a current, unrestricted medical license to practice in Texas. Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are essential.

Job Summary: The Outpatient Behavioral Health Advanced Practice Provider is responsible for delivering comprehensive mental health care in an outpatient setting, including diagnosing and treating various psychological conditions. This role involves conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
Behavioral Health services are designed around a collaborative multi-disciplinary team that includes psychiatrically trained Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, Social Workers, Peer Recovery Support Specialists, MH technicians, a Clinical Pharmacist, and nursing staff that are experienced and committed to excellent, highly collaborative care.
Duties: and Responsibilities:
Required Education and Experience: Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program OR Nurse Practitioner program (PMHNP certification) Required Licensure/Certification/Specialized Training: Current, unrestricted medical license to practice in the State of Texas. Key Competencies: Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Commitment to patient safety, efficiency, and equitable healthcare delivery. Proficiency in the use of electronic health records (EHR)
