Brief
Overview: The BHI Clinician (BHIC) provides behavioral health services in a collaborative framework within primary care teams within physician practices. The BHIC identifies potential patients who may receive a benefit from behavioral health assistance including individual therapy, diagnostic assessments, psychological testing, care plan development and outreach calls. In collaboration with other members of the interdisciplinary healthcare team, the BHIC assesses immediate and ongoing needs of the patient, provides behavioral interventions and offers recommendations for continued care options, prepares and updates plan of care.

If the incumbent uses their personal vehicle, the incumbent must maintain automobile liability coverage as required by law and evidence of such coverage may be requested.
