• What you will do: Provides professional nursing care in accordance with the Illinois Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies. Utilizes critical thinking to assess patient conditions, identify changes, plan and evaluate care, monitor progress, and document relevant observations. Appropriately delegates tasks and collaborates as a team member to support unit goals.

• Certification: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association. Below certifications can be completed during the program and required within 3 months.
