The registered nurse is responsible for collaborating, planning, directing, and implementing patient care for all ages. They ensure adherence to physician orders and communicate patient progress and needs effectively.
Candidates must have an Associate's Degree from an accredited institution and at least two years of experience in an emergency department. Current Texas licensure and appropriate CPR certification are required, with specialty certifications preferred.
The registered Nurse is responsible for collaborating, planning, directing, and implementing patient care for all ages. The RN develops and guides patient education and evaluates the process using standards of care.
