$17 - $18 / HOUR
Direct Care Workers provide essential personal care, daily living support, and companionship to seniors and individuals with physical disabilities in their homes. They are also responsible for documenting services, coordinating transportation, and reporting changes in a member's condition to their supervisor.
Candidates must have at least an 8th-grade education, with a high school diploma or GED preferred, and 3 months to 1 year of caregiving experience. Essential certifications include CPR, First Aid, and AHCCCS Direct Care Worker training or a current CNA/LNA license.
