The Chemical Dependency Technician facilitates care for patients in the CD Residential program by executing documentation, intake, discharge, and administrative procedures. This role involves daily interaction with residents throughout their treatment and assisting with data gathering.
Candidates need a minimum of one year of related work experience, or six months experience plus current enrollment in a drug and alcohol counseling degree program. Required credentials include a valid California Driver License, insurability for resident transport, and current AHA Heartsaver First Aid/CPR/AED or BLS certification.
