The Radiologic Technologist is responsible for obtaining diagnostic radiographic examinations and ensuring patient cooperation. They perform portable X-ray examinations and maintain compliance with hospital policies.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, NJ Diagnostic Radiology licensure, and BLS certification. A minimum of two years of experience as a Radiology Technician is required.
High school diploma or equivalent. NJ Diagnostic Radiology licensure, ARRT. BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care. Two (2) years of experience as a Radiology Technician. Rate of pay is determined based on experience and education, and may include other pay components such as differentials and call pay based on role.
