Job description

Winthrop family medicine, part of the dedicated primary care team of mainegeneral medical center is seeking a board certified or board eligible family medicine physician to join their busy and well-Established practice located in winthrop, maine.

The ideal candidate will have a commitment to providing quality, compassionate care. Enjoy a 32-hour clinical workweek and the benefit of a designated 8-hour administrative day. Call rotation is shared and handled by phone only.

This is a traditional outpatient practice, providing a wide range of care

pediatrics, adult medicine, gynecology and geriatric medicine. Procedural care, such as osteopathic manipulation, minor surgery, and acupuncture, is encouraged, though not required. The ability to perform medication-assisted treatment for opioid use disorder is also available.
