The Work: Performs basic patient care activities within the scope of practice. Assists patients with meeting their emotional, physical and spiritual needs. Greets patients and visitors. Answers, screens, and routes telephone calls. Calls codes, pages, and overhead announcements as requested. Reports abnormal findings or changes in physical, mental and emotional conditions to nursing staff. Assists with keeping unit and patient rooms stocked, clean, and orderly. The hourly pay range shown represents the base pay range for this position. Individual pay is determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, and market considerations. In addition to base pay, eligible team members may earn additional compensation through shift, weekend, holiday, on-call, and other applicable differentials.
