Summary: Provides physical therapy services to patients needing to develop, recover, and maintain physical mobility/function within an assigned area.

Job Description

Performs initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition. Implements the treatment plan using appropriate modalities. Documents subjective, objective, and assessment findings and plans patient progress. Educates and counsels the patient and family/caregiver. Plans and/or assists with patient discharge from therapy services and treatment setting. Provides information regarding appropriate selection/use of adaptive equipment and support programs. Supervises and delegates the care provided by physical therapy assistants according to established licensing laws, state regulations and practice standards. Some employees in this job may operate a motor vehicle to conduct MaineGeneral Health business. Compensation Information: $36.40 - $63.70 USD Hourly Compensation Information: $36.40 - $63.70

The hourly pay range shown represents the base pay range for this position. Individual pay is determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, and market considerations. In addition to base pay, eligible team members may earn additional compensation through shift, weekend, holiday, on-call, and other applicable differentials.
