The MDS Coordinator is responsible for planning, scheduling, and revising the MDS, including implementing CAAs and Triggers. They also review patient care plans, ensure care personnel are informed, and manage assessments and treatment documentation.
Candidates must possess a nursing degree and a current RN license. MDS certification is preferred, along with knowledge of nursing practices and experience with electronic medical records.
