The therapist will provide direct clinical services, including diagnostic assessments and evidence-based therapy, to individuals and families in various community settings. They are also responsible for developing collaborative treatment plans, maintaining clinical documentation, and coordinating care with community partners.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field and possess an active Ohio licensure such as LSW, LPC, or MFT. A commitment to trauma-informed, person-centered care and the ability to serve diverse populations are essential.

As a Community-Based Therapist, you will provide direct clinical services and support to individuals and families in their homes, schools, and other community settings. Responsibilities include:
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related mental health field. Ohio licensure required: LSW, LPC, MFT (independent licensure preferred—LISW, LPCC, IMFT). Passion for serving underserved populations and addressing mental health disparities. Strong engagement skills, cultural humility, and the ability to meet clients where they are. Commitment to ethical, person-centered, trauma-informed care.
