We are seeking an eager and dedicated Family Practice Nurse Practitioner at our outpatient/ambulatory clinic in Fullerton.
Preferably bilingual (English/Spanish) Committed to providing high-quality care to underserved patients in Fullerton, CA.
Adult primary care and chronic disease management comprises the bulk of care.
Responsible for assessment, diagnosis, and management of healthcare needs, utilizing standardized and evidenced based procedures.
This position reports to the Nurse Practitioner Supervisor.

Jude Neighborhood Health Centers utilizes EPIC for our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.
Ambulatory (outpatient) and mobile clinic practice.
Daytime schedule No-after hours Your Working Environment & Team.
Working hours are Monday through Saturday, 8AM – 5PM.
The position does not currently involve after-hours call duties.
It does require working one Saturday per month for which a weekday is flexed off.
You would be joining a team of family physicians, nurse practitioners, RNs, pediatricians, OB-GYNs, dentists, specialists (optometrist, podiatrist, dermatologist), licensed social workers, mental health professionals, case managers, health educators, registered dietitians, LVNs, and promotoras to mitigate social determinants of health.

Education: Masters Degree an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
Certification from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program. Valid Nurse Practitioner Furnishing number issued by the California Board of Registered Nurses. Valid California Registered Nurse/ Nurse Practitioner license. Provider level basic life support (BLS) from AHA approved program. DEA Certification. Drivers' License in good standing with clean driving record.
