Provide personal care to residents, including assistance with bathing, grooming, and dressing. Administer medication as directed. Assist residents with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety and comfort. Engage residents in social and recreational activities to promote mental and emotional well-being. Monitor residents' health and report any changes to the appropriate staff. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and activities. Perform light housekeeping. Previous experience in caregiving or healthcare preferred. CBRF Certifications preferred. Strong communication skills and a compassionate attitude towards seniors. Ability to lift and move safely as required. Understand and practice standard precautions at all times. Availability to work any hours, including every other weekend and holiday. Must pass background check.
