Performs direct and indirect resident care under the direction of licensed nursing personnel. Ensures duties are carried out within the scope of practice defined by the certification.
Requires a current New York State Nurse Aide Certification and the ability to read and write English. A high school degree or GED is preferred, along with prior long-term care experience.
