In conjunction with the medical plan of care, independently performs systematic and continuous assessment of the physical, emotional, clinical, and psychosocial needs of assigned patients and families; Plans and implements appropriate interventions; and evaluates effectiveness and adjusts plan as indicated in a timely manner in the provision of safe and effective care.
Current Missouri Registered Nurse license or current Registered Nurse license from a compact state. If a compact license is held, it must be in the nurse’s state of residence.
