Job description

This position is a ICU RN position, working resource status. Hours and shifts\nare based on the need of the department. Resource positions require weekend and\nholiday rotation. The applicant will be cross trained to other departments\nwithin the facility so they are able to float to the units. \n\nQualifications:\n\n * Currently licensed to practice in the State of Ohio.\n * BSN preferred but not required.\n * Current BLS Certification required.\n * 1-2 years ICU experience in acute care setting required.\n\nSkill and Ability:\n\n * Interpersonal and analytical skills necessary to function under the current\n standards of nursing practices.\n * Physically able to perform the functions of the position.\n * ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire.\n * Must complete and pass ECG class.\n * TNCC certification preferred.
