The Registered Nurse will evaluate patient health, create and implement individualized care plans, and track progress while providing nursing care in the field. They are also responsible for administering treatments, monitoring patient conditions, and supervising Licensed Vocational Nurses.
Candidates must hold a current California Registered Nurse license and have at least two years of experience in home health or hospice care. A valid California driver's license and the ability to travel within a 15-25 mile radius are also required.

We are seeking an experienced, self-driven Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated Home Health team and provide exceptional care throughout the region. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will evaluate patients' health, create and implement care plans, and track their progress to maintain the highest standards of care. You'll be working closely with our Clinical Director and Clinical Staff, providing support both remotely and independently in the field.
Our dedicated back office of CA Licensed and experienced clinicians is here to support you while you're in the field. Whether you need assistance with a new situation, help communicating with a patient if you're running late, or someone to call in lab results, you'll always have reliable support when you're part of our team.
