• Essential responsibilities include but are not limited to: Perform administrative and resident care duties as assigned Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed care; record vital signs Maintain up-to-date knowledge of resident conditions and communicate effectively with the care team Give and receive shift reports; handle telephone inquiries Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey CPR/AED certification required Experience in hospital, long-term care, subacute, or rehabilitation settings preferred Experience working with geriatric populations is a plus
