Minimum Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent: Must be at least 18 years of age

Driver’s license preferred.

Required training upon hire: BLS or CPR, First Aid Certification,

Assistance with Self-Administration of Medication; Critical Incidents Reports, Mandatory Reporting, Restrictive Intervention, Food Worker’s Card.

Physical Requirements: ∙Use hands and arms to operate office or clinical equipment

∙Sit less than half the workday

∙Stand and/or walk more than half the workday

∙Use hands and arms for repetitive motion tasks consistently for more than one hour at a time

∙Lift or carry unaided up to 50 pounds

Working Conditions: ∙Work is conducted in a standard home environment, which includes exposure to hazards in the home
