The Social Worker will conduct psychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans, and facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions. They are also responsible for coordinating discharge and aftercare planning while collaborating with the multidisciplinary clinical team.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW) and maintain membership in the Academy of Certified Social Workers. One year of experience in an acute geriatric behavioral health setting is preferred.

KCBM is a joint venture between National Health Corporation (NHC), Tennova Healthcare, and the University of Tennessee Medical Center – Knoxville.
