Reporting to the Director of Social Services/Supervisor, the Case Aide supports the social services team by conducting client intakes, screening for services, and managing client documentation and database updates. Responsibilities also include homeless outreach, escorting clients to appointments, performing front-desk duties, and assisting with medication monitoring as required.
A high school diploma or GED is required, though an Associate’s degree is preferred. Preferred experience includes working with homeless populations, individuals with mental health conditions, and substance abuse issues, alongside basic computer skills in Microsoft Office.

Reporting to the Director of Social Services/Social Services Supervisor, the Case Aide works closely with the social services team to support the provision of case management services for assigned clients. The Case Aide will be an active listener and provide high quality customer service and respond by exhibiting cross-cultural awareness with the ability to promote and contribute to an equitable and inclusive anti-racist organizational culture and environment.
