The Peer Specialist provides individualized support, assessment, and advocacy to help unhoused clients live independently. Responsibilities include conducting field work, home visits, and maintaining detailed regulatory documentation.
A high school diploma or GED is required, with a preference for Peer Advocacy training and lived experience in behavioral health or the justice system. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and proficiency in basic computer programs.
The salary range is based on several factors, including, but not limited to, overall experience, relevant experience, education level, certifications, applicable skills, and expertise.
