The Direct Support Professional assists individuals with daily living activities, personal care, and community integration to foster independence. They are responsible for monitoring safety, implementing care plans, and maintaining accurate documentation of medical and behavioral progress.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and a valid Michigan driver's license. The role requires the ability to lift 50 lbs and the capacity to become certified in CPR and First Aid.
The Direct Support Professional (DSP) supports the individual goals of the person served and helps them become integrated into his/ her community in the least restrictive manner. The DSP may assist in areas of mobility, activities of daily living, communication, cognition, health management, social networking, vocational, leisure time management, and community participation.

Rehab Technician I - Home & Community [2nd shift]
Direct Support Professional - 2nd & 3rd shift FT (must be available for both shifts) Tuesday 3pm-11pm, Weds 3pm-11pm, Sat 3pm-7am Riviera
