The Licensed Practical Nurse will provide direct nursing care to promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of residents. They will collaborate with the care team to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care while building meaningful relationships with residents.
Candidates must hold a current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana. Proficiency in medication management, clinical assessment, and a strong passion for geriatric nursing are required.
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships by learning about the life stories of our residents and staff.
