The Activity Assistant creates and facilitates engaging, age-appropriate activities to enrich the lives of residents in memory care. They work collaboratively with the care team to ensure residents feel valued and supported through compassionate, holistic care.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and one to three months of related experience. A state-approved Nursing Assistant or CNA certification is required, though training can be provided by the community.
