The therapist will provide direct patient care, including assessment and treatment of children within their natural environments. They are also responsible for contributing to the writing of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) and maintaining timely documentation of all services.
Candidates must hold a degree in Occupational Therapy and possess an Illinois license. Additionally, they must obtain or hold an Illinois Early Intervention Credential.
