Candidates must hold an MD or DO degree and be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology, Plastic Surgery, or Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery. Fellowship training in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery is strongly preferred, along with active medical licensure in Ohio.
