The Physical Therapist Assistant provides physical therapy services under the direction of a physical therapist and in accordance with physician orders. They are responsible for assisting with patient evaluations, monitoring patient progress, and maintaining accurate daily treatment records.
Candidates must hold an Associate’s Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. Additionally, they must be licensed to practice in the state where the services are provided.
