The Activity Assistant will plan and lead daily programs such as arts, crafts, and exercise to foster engagement among memory care residents. They will also support the Activity Director with administrative tasks, documentation, and the coordination of special community events.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Preferred qualifications include activity certification and previous experience in long-term care or recreational programming.
