The veterinary assistant will perform patient triage, pet restraint, and diagnostic procedures while providing nursing care for hospitalized cases. They are also responsible for communicating treatment plans to clients and assisting in surgical and anesthetic procedures.
The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in a veterinary setting and possesses strong communication and teamwork skills. Proficiency in sample collection, laboratory testing, and anesthesia monitoring is highly preferred.
