The Physical Therapist is responsible for administering and directing physical therapy evaluations and treatments as prescribed by physicians. They must collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support patient recovery, safe discharge planning, and accurate clinical documentation.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited physical therapy program and hold or be eligible for a Tennessee state license. At least one year of relevant work experience is required for this position.
