Salary
$19 - $21 / HOUR
The Direct Support Professional will assist individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities in their daily living activities, including personal hygiene, feeding, and mobility. They will also participate in and facilitate social, recreational, and community-based activities to support the individuals' emotional and spiritual well-being.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED and be able to pass physical, drug, and background screenings. A valid driver's license is required for positions in community homes.
Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Starting rate $18.50/hr. plus $1.50/hr shift differential when applicable.

DSP 1 - $20.50/hr plus $1.50 shift diff, if applicable
DSP 2 - $20.75/hr plus $1.50 shift diff, if applicable
DSP 3 - $21.00/hr plus $1.50 shift diff, if applicable
DSP Open Positions (Daylight and Evening shifts). Wide range of open positions in our Community Homes (driver’s license required, Beaver County) and Intermediate Care Facility (New Brighton).
Full-time 40 hrs per week (5 8 hr shifts). 3 week rotations.
Part-time 32 hours per week (4 8 hr shifts) 3 week rotations.
PRN positions. Must commit to working 16-29 hours per week (4, 8, 12, or 16 hr shifts).
Meet individuals' daily physical, emotional, and spiritual needs Participate in daily social, recreational, and community based activities Assist in bathing, feeding, dressing, toileting, oral hygiene, and positioning. Ensure individuals health and safety
Ability to pass physical and drug screening Department of Human Services Child Abuse History Clearance Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Record Check FBI Federal Criminal History Record (fingerprinting) TB testing
Driver’s License (if applicable)
DSP Qualifications: High school diploma / GED
