The Clinical Pharmacy Specialist provides advanced direct patient care through collaborative practice agreements, including medication management and laboratory monitoring. They also lead quality improvement projects, educate healthcare professionals, and provide mentorship to pharmacy students and residents.
Candidates must hold a Pharmacy Doctorate degree and possess a New Jersey Board of Pharmacy license. A PGY2 residency in Ambulatory Care Pharmacy or Medication Management is required, along with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
