The Physical Therapist is responsible for providing and directing quality patient care, including evaluations, treatment planning, and goal setting. They also serve as a patient advocate and ensure documentation meets organizational and regulatory standards.
Candidates must be graduates of an approved Physical Therapy curriculum and hold an active, unencumbered license in the state of Oregon. A working knowledge of Medicare and resident rights, along with CPR certification, is required.

The purpose of this position is to provide and direct all aspects of quality patient care, including evaluation and treatment, treatment planning, goal setting, family education and documentation according to organization's guidelines, professional standards, and community needs. Serves as a patient and rehabilitation advocate for current and prospective patients, and to all internal and external customers. Actively participates in quality assurance and customer service activities.
