The Residential Counselor supports group home residents with daily living activities and helps them achieve goals outlined in their Individual Rehabilitation Plans. Responsibilities include medication management, service coordination, transportation, and accurate documentation in electronic health records.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Six months of direct care experience with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities is preferred.
Use of Company Van as needed to transport consumers.
