The therapist provides evidence-based clinical services and develops individualized recovery plans for residents within a therapeutic community. They also collaborate with the clinical team, facilitate group therapy, and provide crisis support.
Candidates must hold a current NC license as an LCSW, LCMHC, or LMFT, or an associate license with relevant experience. A Psy.D or Ph.D. in clinical psychology or counseling is required, along with at least one year of clinical experience in residential or inpatient settings.
Location: Mill Spring, NC
The Integrative Clinical Therapist provides high-quality, evidence-based clinical services to residents and is a core member of the resident’s recovery team. The Therapist works closely with the other therapists, Clinical Director, Psychiatrist, and Nursing/Wellness teams to ensure whole-person integrative care.
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8 – 5 pm
Starting at $58,000 per year Associate licensed and increases based on experience Starting at $60,000 per year fully licensed and increases based on experience
