Purpose

Aurora Medical Spa is seeking a skilled Aesthetic Nurse Injector to join our Colorado Springs team. This position offers one of the broadest pay ranges in the local market — $27 to $90 per hour — reflecting real earning potential tied to performance, not just experience on paper.

About the Role

We are hiring one full-time Aesthetic Nurse Injector. Both RNs and NPs with an active Colorado license are welcome to apply. You will focus exclusively on delivering injectable treatments — primarily Botox and dermal fillers — to a growing Colorado Springs clientele.

This is an in-person, hands-on clinical role. You will build a book of clients who return to you specifically, refer friends and family, and become the foundation of Aurora's reputation in this market. Prior aesthetics experience is not required; our training program covers everything.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Core clinical and client-facing duties at our Colorado Springs clinic.
• Conduct client consultations and individual aesthetic assessments
• Administer Botox and dermal filler treatments with clinical precision and care
• Provide thorough education on treatment options, expected results, and aftercare
• Maintain complete and accurate client documentation and records
• Contribute to a consistent, high-quality client experience that builds retention and referrals

Qualifications

• Required
• Active RN or NP license in the state of Colorado — must be current and in good standing
• Reliable, professional communication with clients and team members
• Demonstrated attention to detail and clinical accuracy
• Genuine interest in aesthetic medicine and client-centered care

• Preferred
• Background in a patient-facing clinical setting (any specialty considered)
• Comfort working in a small, fast-moving team environment
• Established ties to the Colorado Springs or greater El Paso County area

Base Hourly Pay: $27–$90/hr — one of the widest pay ranges in the Colorado Springs market

Bonus: Monthly performance bonus on top of base hourly pay

Every other Saturday, 8: 30 AM – 2:00 PM
