The Registered Nurse provides safe, effective, and compassionate patient care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation in an acute care hospital setting. This includes performing comprehensive assessments, developing care plans, administering treatments, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes.
Candidates must possess an Associate degree in Nursing (BSN preferred) and hold current state RN licensure along with required certifications including BLS, ACLS, and Crisis Intervention/De-escalation training. A minimum of 6 months of acute care nursing experience is preferred, along with proficiency in clinical skills and the ability to function effectively under stress.
