About the role

The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients with complex needs and develop tailored care plans in partnership with patients and their families. They will deliver hands-on therapy, provide education, and mentor clinical fellows and support staff.

Evaluate patients with complex needs Develop and implement tailored care plans in close partnership with patients and their families Deliver hands-on therapy that supports recovery, function, and long-term wellness Provide education and counseling to ensure treatment understanding and progress Plan for smooth transitions from therapy services through proactive discharge planning Mentor and guide clinical fellows, students, and support staff to foster professional growth Qualifications and requirements: Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program Physical Therapist License in State Basic Life Support (BLS) obtain within 30 days of hire Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Must be able to work independently and take appropriate action.

Requirements

Candidates must have a degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program and a valid Physical Therapist License in the state. Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire, along with critical thinking skills and the ability to work independently.
