The Licensed Practical Nurse will provide high-quality care to residents, manage patient care plans, and coordinate with nursing staff to ensure a supportive environment. Responsibilities include administering medications, maintaining accurate medical records, and providing leadership to nursing personnel.
Candidates must possess a nursing degree from an accredited institution and a current, unencumbered LPN license in the state. Proficiency in English, experience with electronic medical records, and active CPR/BLS certification are required.
