Your Qualifications Nursing Degree; Completion of an accredited Advanced Practice Clinician program. Certification as an Advanced Practice Clinician preferred 3-5 years of related experience preferred Technical expertise - Advanced analytical skills Business Insight - In-Depth understanding of the business Business

• Expertise: Strong knowledge of clinical practices and procedures. Ability to diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions, in Skilled Nursing Facilities, in particular.

Teamwork

• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with patients and colleagues.

• Proficiency: Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and other clinical software. Ability to use technology to enhance patient care and documentation.

• Management: Ability to manage a busy caseload and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong organizational skills to ensure timely and efficient patient care.

• Detail: Ability to maintain accurate and detailed patient records. Meticulous in following clinical protocols and procedures.
