Cardiovascular Operating Room Nurse

CVOR RN: in Indianapolis

As an CVOR Nurse (RN), you will

Assist cardiovascular surgeons during operative procedures
Prepare and maintain a sterile environment in the operating room
Monitor patient vital signs and respond to any changes during surgery
Collaborate with surgical team members to ensure patient safety
Manage surgical instruments and supplies efficiently
Provide preoperative and postoperative patient care and education
Document surgical procedures and patient information accurately

A few must-haves for OR Nurses

Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensed with in the state of Indiana
2 years of recent and related experience in CVOR settings, as required by facility
Level 1 Trauma experience
Must be able to work independently, yet together as part of a team
Must be able to remain calm under pressure
Proficient at taking vital signs and administering medication accordingly
Active BLS, physical, TB test, and other medical compliance as required by facility
