The LPN will work with an interdisciplinary team to perform accurate patient assessments and develop care plans. They are also responsible for providing compassionate nursing care, administering medications, and maintaining communication with patients and families.
Candidates must hold a valid Missouri Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. A caring, compassionate attitude and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are required.
